Overview

The Content & Communication Support II role provides hands-on, non-exempt support to the Content and Communications function by assisting with the preparation, coordination, and distribution of routine communication materials.

• Assist with preparation, formatting, editing, and distribution of communication materials.
• Proofread content for grammar, clarity, and adherence to guidelines.
• Coordinate routine content updates with stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, English, Journalism, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in communications or content support roles.
• Strong attention to detail and solid proofreading skills.
• Ability to follow established processes and guidelines.
• Effective time management skills.
• Working knowledge of office and communication tools.
• Organized, dependable, and responsive to feedback.
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members.
