Director of Product Marketing - Remote

We seek a visionary product marketing leader who can help us tell the story of Kong Konnect and the future of modern digital infrastructures.

In Short

• Build and lead a high-performing team of product marketers.
• Lead positioning and messaging efforts to differentiate Kong’s offerings.
• Represent Kong in industry events and conversations.
• Build scalable processes for product marketing activities.
• Collaborate with teams to execute a customer-centric strategy.
• Coach and train field teams on value propositions and messaging.
• Influence the product roadmap by acting as the voice of the customer.
• Perform additional tasks as required.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product marketing and/or product strategy.
• 5+ years of experience leading product marketing teams in cloud native solutions.
• Highly collaborative and influential in cross-functional environments.
• Experience in open source software and API management preferred.
• Passion for team leadership and coaching.
• Focus on measurable outcomes and continuous innovation.
