Project Coordinator - Remote

Overview

The Project Coordinator will manage and coordinate global service projects within Port Services, ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient project delivery.

In Short

• Remote position with travel required 10% of the time.

• Manage warranty and quality issues.
• Support Project Managers in project deliveries.
• Conduct customer visits and develop quality processes.
• Issue Purchase Requests and handle material flow.
• Requires a degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills needed.
• Prior experience with relevant software tools required.

Requirements

• Degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• Over a year’s experience in project management.
• Demonstrated leadership and customer service experience.
• Experience with SAP, TeamCenter, Sales Force, Fiori, Microsoft Office.
• PowerBI and SQL skills are beneficial.
• Team player with the ability to work independently.
• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
