Requirements

3+ years of people management experience.
10+ years of hands-on software development experience.
Expertise in Java, REST services, Spring, Angular, .NET, SQL.
Experience with CI/CD automation.
Strong incident management skills.
Ability to drive team performance and technical growth.
Knowledge of software quality best practices.
Ability to influence stakeholders effectively.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Strategic mindset to align technology with business goals.
