Requirements

• 15+ years of software engineering experience with enterprise-scale products.
• 3+ years managing engineering leaders.
• 8+ years leading software development projects using Agile methodologies.
• Strong experience with Java, Node.js, React, iOS, and Android.
• Knowledge of modern cloud architectures, AWS preferred.
• Experience transforming teams into empowered product teams.
• Desirable experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
• Experience working with globally distributed teams.
• Passion for challenges in an evolving market.
