Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, with 5+ years in leadership roles.
• Proven success in building 0-to-1 products.
• Experience managing teams of 30+ engineers.
• Technical background in computer science or related field.
• Strong decision-making skills focused on customer impact.
• Expertise in React Native and GraphQL.
• Experience with modern web frameworks and backend technologies.
• Knowledge of software architecture patterns.
• Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD practices.
• Excellent communication skills.
