In Short

• Lead a team of QuickBase focused production support analysts and software engineers.
• Manage software engineering side of customer implementations.
• Plan technology roadmap for current tech stack.
• Partner with Product Management to enhance customer experience.
• Develop secure and high-quality production code.
• Foster innovation by designing and building solutions.
• Stay updated with latest technologies and industry trends.
• Mentor and grow a team of software engineers.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in Software Engineering.
• Strong experience with Agile methodologies.
• Expert in solving complex technical problems.
• Hands-on experience with multiple software engineering disciplines.
• Experience with AWS technologies.
• Familiarity with software development processes and best practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
• BS degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years in People Management roles.
