Requirements

  • 1+ years of B2B inside sales or lead generation experience
  • A true hunter mentality with a passion for outbound outreach
  • Resilient and comfortable with rejection
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Familiarity with CRMs like Salesforce
  • Coachable and eager to grow within a mission-driven team
