Engineering Industries eXcellence is seeking a proactive and motivated Lead Generation Specialist focused on supporting our lead generation efforts for the US market.

In Short

Identify and engage potential leads via LinkedIn and other digital channels.
Qualify leads and pass promising contacts to the US Sales Team.
Generate interest in Siemens and SAP services.
Schedule meetings for further engagement with prospects.
Work closely with Sales Executives and Marketing on outbound campaigns.
Maintain an up-to-date understanding of service offerings.
2+ years of experience in lead generation, preferably in Industry 4.0.
Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proven success with LinkedIn-based outreach.
A self-motivated and goal-driven mindset.

Requirements

Excellent English communication skills.
2+ years of experience in lead generation, SDR, or BDR role.
Experience with LinkedIn-based outreach and social selling strategies.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to grasp technical concepts and industry trends.
Experience with Industry 4.0 services and solutions.
