Overview

The Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for developing relationships with community members and scheduling interested prospects for initial appointments, ultimately aiming to convert them into patients of Oak Street Health.

In Short

  • Engage Medicare-eligible seniors through event execution.
  • Schedule first appointments for interested prospects.
  • Maintain knowledge of internal sales systems like Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with outreach teams to drive local growth.
  • Develop strong relationships with community members.

  • Resolve concerns and complaints from prospects.
  • Work in a results-oriented role with personal sales goals.
  • Manage event logistics and travel between locations.
  • Fluency in additional languages is a plus.

Requirements

  • Ability to connect and influence community members.
  • Team player contributing to overall team effectiveness.
  • Basic computer skills for communication and documentation.
  • Experience managing through a CRM system, preferably Salesforce.
  • Sales and/or healthcare experience preferred.
  • Access to reliable transportation for travel between events.
  • Ability to lift 25-45 lbs for event setup.
  • Availability to work outside standard hours if needed.
  • US work authorization required.
