In Short

  • Sales-driven role focused on outbound sales and driving adoption of the Knock Bridge Loan™.
  • Manage strategic relationships with mortgage lenders and real estate agents.
  • Execute scalable growth strategies to convert prospects into partners.
  • Achieve a minimum of 60 loan applications per month through effective outreach.
  • Host regular meetings and training sessions with partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience for partners.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics.
  • Champion a high-performing team culture.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of business development or growth experience.
  • Current or former real estate or mortgage license required.
  • Experience in SaaS sales is a strong plus.
  • Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Team-oriented attitude with a passion for supporting others.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
