Overview

As a Wholesale Account Executive at HomeXpress, you will be part of a leading Non-QM mortgage lender, known for closing loans with speed and convenience while providing excellent service to brokers.

In Short

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Wholesale Lending.
• Active broker connections required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Cold calling potential clients 30-50 calls per day.
• Build and maintain relationships with mortgage brokers.
• Train brokers on products and procedures.
• Provide ongoing service and support to brokers.
• Work location is remote.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• 2 years of sales experience required.
• 2 years of experience in Non-QM required.
• 2 years of experience in the mortgage industry required.
• Computer and technology savvy.
• Ability to work as a team player.
