Human Resources Specialist - East - Remote

Overview

KIND seeks a Human Resources (HR) Specialist – East with a strong focus on recruitment, ATS administration, employee relations, talent management and support to global payroll process. This role is key in ensuring efficient and compliant HR operations across the employee lifecycle — from talent acquisition, employee experience initiatives, talent management processes, and employee relations case handling, to global payroll support and EOR support — while contributing to an inclusive and responsive employee experience.

In Short

• Coordinate recruitment logistics including job postings and applicant screening.
• Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring candidate records are complete.
• Support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
• Organize and maintain employee files according to legal standards.
• Support employee relations issues and conduct investigations.
• Collaborate with HRBP and Communications teams to enhance employee experience.
• Assist in developing content for job postings and recruitment campaigns.
• Contribute to HR and Talent projects and policy improvements.
• Coordinate with external vendors for HR operations.
• Support data collection and analysis for HR strategy.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree required.
• Fluency in English, Spanish is a plus.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of international employment contracts and compliance.
• Strong technological skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-oriented environment.
• Experience working in a remote environment preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage priorities.
