Human Resources Operations Coordinator - Remote

Overview

KIND seeks a Human Resources (HR) Operations Coordinator to support the Human Resources function at KIND through a performance of a variety of logistical and administrative HR work in the areas of onboarding, off-boarding, talent management, HRIS systems, total compensation and Wellness initiatives.

In Short

• Manage HR inbox and respond to inquiries.
• Coordinate HR events and document meeting notes.
• Assist in HR initiatives related to Wellness and Talent Management.
• Conduct employee file audits and maintain records.
• Coordinate new hire onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Lead internship program for HR Operations Team.
• Generate HR metrics and reports from HRIS.
• Provide technical support for HRIS users.
• Manage Applicant Tracking System access for hiring managers.
• Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in human resources or related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of HR or administrative experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR information systems.
• Experience using ADP is preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.
