• We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Director of Training with proven experience developing high-performing sales teams.
• Design and implement comprehensive training programs for Sales and Customer Service agents.
• Create impactful onboarding programs to enhance team capabilities.
• Oversee a team of seven, providing direction, coaching, and development.
• Drive multiple training projects from concept to delivery.
• Establish KPIs, analyze outcomes, and optimize training programs.
• Work closely with leadership to align development plans with business goals.
• Ensure training is viewed as a growth accelerator within the company.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and changing environment.
• Must thrive in leadership roles and manage complex workloads.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in training and development, including at least 3 years in a Director-level role.
• Proven track record in designing and facilitating remote sales onboarding curriculum.
• Experience managing a Learning Management System (LMS).
• Strong project management skills.
• Exceptional facilitation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to gather insights from experts and translate them into learning experiences.
• Strong delegation and leadership abilities.
• Thrive in a fast-changing environment while maintaining a results focus.
