• Providing actionable recommendations based on audit findings.
• Supporting compliance readiness for new product launches.

Requirements

• 3+ years of claims compliance experience or 5 years of property claims handling experience.
• Claims leadership experience of at least 2 to 3 years.
• Understanding of homeowners and personal auto claims compliance.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Spreadsheets.
• Desire to lead and empower a hard-working team.
• Experience with process change and implementation.
• Ability to quantify impacts using data.
• Experience owning process management or improvement projects.
• Ability to collaborate effectively and inspire others.
