Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years of experience in client coordination and documentation review.
• Experience in construction, funds control, or real estate preferred.
• Familiarity with residential construction processes.
• Strong computing skills, especially in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Experience with Salesforce or Oracle is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
