Senior Site Reliability Engineer (Cloud) - Remote

Overview

Kentik is looking for a Senior level Site Reliability Engineer (Cloud) to join our Product Engineering team. This person will help build and maintain our Synthetics and Cloud product lines, managing cloud applications using observability tooling and automated processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in cloud-based Systems Administration or SRE.
• Strong knowledge of AWS, GCP, Azure, Kubernetes, and Docker.
• Proficient in programming and automation skills (Bash, Python, Go).
• Experience with configuration management tools like Terraform and Ansible.
• Familiarity with networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP).
• Passion for documentation and process improvement.
• Experience with metrics monitoring solutions (Grafana, Prometheus).
• Ability to manage vendor relationships and support tickets.
