Overview

As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer at Auros, you will be instrumental in supporting high-performance infrastructure for trading digital assets, enhancing security, resilience, and performance in a dynamic environment.

In Short

• Participate in on-call roster to support trading operations.
• Maintain and improve global infrastructure with high performance and reliability requirements.
• Enhance security infrastructure in a high-risk environment.
• Collaborate with teams on system layout and DevOps processes.
• Develop internal tools and automation.
• Tune and troubleshoot applications for performance and reliability.
• Engage in various trading and infrastructure projects.
• Work closely with developers and traders to meet firm goals.

Requirements

• Experience managing and optimizing Linux systems in a 24/7 environment.
• Cloud management using IaC, with AWS, Azure or Google Cloud experience.
• Container management skills, especially in Docker; Kubernetes experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of managing configuration at scale.
• Experience with CI/CD and version control best practices.
• Instrumentation experience with tools like Prometheus and OpenTelemetry.
• Networking management knowledge is a plus.
• Interest or experience in cryptocurrency and blockchain is beneficial.
• Strong coding skills in Python and Bash; knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript or Go is a plus.
• Cybersecurity experience, including cloud security and IAM policies.
