Mid-Level DevOps Engineer - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a mid-level DevOps Engineer to join our globally distributed team and help scale and operate the infrastructure that powers millions of trades daily across CeFi and DeFi venues. You’ll play a mission-critical role in ensuring the performance, reliability, and security of our systems in one of the most demanding environments in tech: digital asset trading.

In Short

• Ensure the performance and reliability of mission-critical trading infrastructure.
• Support and improve highly available, low-latency systems.
• Participate in a rotational on-call schedule for operational incidents.
• Use metrics and observability tools to detect anomalies.
• Build and manage infrastructure-as-code with Terraform and Ansible.
• Maintain and optimize containerized services using Docker.
• Collaborate with trading, engineering, and security teams.
• Implement robust security practices for production environments.
• Apply optimization strategies to improve system efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years in DevOps/SRE roles focused on high-performance systems.
• Strong Linux systems background and automation skills with Ansible.
• Proficient with Terraform and managing AWS infrastructure.
• Deep understanding of performance engineering.
• Experience in latency-sensitive environments.
• Excellent scripting capabilities using Python and Bash.
• Familiarity with containerized workloads (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Hands-on experience with observability stacks.
• Understanding of blockchain APIs and DeFi protocols is desirable.
• Knowledge of cloud networking and security best practices.
