Overview

Keeper is hiring a driven Systems Support Engineer to join our B2B support team. This can be a 100% remote position from select locations with an opportunity to work a hybrid schedule for candidates based in the Chicago, IL metro area.

In Short

• Join an elite team of Systems Support Engineers and Sales Engineers.
• Provide exceptional customer service for technical support.
• Assist customers in the installation and deployment of Keeper’s software products.
• Track and monitor all support cases for timely resolution.
• Communicate technical issues and solutions to various teams.
• Work Monday-Friday, 6pm-2am.
• Clearly document and find solutions for customer issues.
• Escalate critical customer situations as necessary.
• Represent customer needs to ensure product quality.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate technical information effectively.
• Experience in technical support or customer service.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity software is a plus.
