Systems Support Engineer - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Systems Support Engineer to join our 6-person IT team. This role combines advanced end-user support with system administration, focusing on cloud-based environments and modern endpoint management solutions.

In Short

• Hybrid position based out of Rockford
• Reports to the Director of Information Technology
• Serve as a point of contact for technical issues related to Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and Microsoft Intune
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
• Manage Azure Virtual Desktop environments
• Monitor and assist with maintenance of Azure resources
• Contribute to IT initiatives and projects
• Create and update technical documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• 3+ years of experience in IT support or system administration
• Strong knowledge of Azure Virtual Desktop, Microsoft Intune, and Office 365
• Familiarity with networking concepts and endpoint security
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
