Inside Sales Representative SMB, Bilingual (Italian) - EMEA - Remote

Overview

The Inside Sales Representative (Italian speaking) will join Keeper's high producing EMEA sales team, responsible for driving new business within an assigned geography or vertical.

In Short

• Drive new business through cold outreach and lead generation
• Manage the full sales cycle
• Communicate effectively with Italian speaking customers
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospect customers
• Act as a subject matter expert on Keeper products
• Utilize Salesforce.com to track pipeline and account activity
• Participate in cold call activities and shadowing
• Ensure customers are on active Keeper contracts
• Develop relationships with prospect contacts
• Work independently while thriving in a supportive environment

Requirements

• Bilingual in Italian and English
• Experience in sales, preferably in a tech environment
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Familiarity with CRM tools, especially Salesforce.com
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of cybersecurity software is a plus
