Overview

The Bilingual (German) Implementation Training Specialist is responsible for delivering training programs and materials aimed at educating business customers and partners on the functionalities, features, and best practices related to Keeper services.

In Short

• Conduct training sessions for customers to ensure proficiency in using Keeper products.
• Create engaging training materials including guides, videos, and webinars.
• Conduct virtual training sessions, workshops, and webinars.
• Engage with customers to assess training needs and gather feedback.
• Maintain accurate records of customer configurations and training sessions.
• Organize a repository of training materials for easy access.

Requirements

• Bilingual fluency in English and German.
• 1+ years of experience in training development and delivery.
• Strong understanding of SaaS products and technologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
• Experience with Google Docs and MS Office tools.
