Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Implementation Specialist to join our team. As an Implementation specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our new clients as they begin their journey with Smartpricing. You will be responsible for guiding clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand our products, and helping them integrate our solutions into their business operations. Your goal is to set our clients up for success from day one.

• Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients.
• Conduct personalized training sessions and webinars.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients.
• Create and maintain onboarding documentation and resources.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in client onboarding or customer success.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Critical thinking and proactive problem-solving skills.
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
• Fluency in German and English (C2 level).
