Overview

As a Product Owner at Smartness, you will be responsible for ideating, validating, and driving new products to success, working within a fast-paced environment similar to running your own startup.

Requirements

• Strong sales and GTM skills, including cold calling and closing deals.
• Experience in product execution and rapid MVP building.
• 3+ years in startups or scale-ups with a track record of success.
• Bonus for background in Hospitality Tech, HR Tech, or Fintech.
• Fluent in English and professional in Italian.
