Overview

The Director, Utility Sales, Strategic Accounts, is accountable for achieving brand and commercial goals with designated partners and developing account plans to grow business across assigned categories in line with the organization's long-range plan (LRP). This role oversees the strategic account base across the US and ensures the quality and long-term growth of the brand.

  • Manages sales revenue goals to achieve and surpass profitable growth for the KEEN Utility brand.
  • Inspires, leads, and trains the sales organization to meet or exceed financial goals.
  • Develops long-term partner distribution strategy and policies.
  • Identifies partner opportunities and executes terms at the account level.
  • Implements business plans and monthly financial forecasts for key partners.
  • Drives future bookings and manages gross-to-net metrics.
  • Leads a sales team to grow market share and visibility.
  • Prepares sales recaps and performance reports for management.
  • Develops relationships with key brand retailers and cultivates new partnerships.
  • Creates and implements a long-range plan for profitable revenue growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Eight years in sales management or related experience.
  • Previous strategic account experience required.
