Overview

The Senior District Business Manager is responsible for leading a team to drive the adoption of BMS's Psychiatry portfolio, focusing on engagement with Health Care Providers (HCPs) and ensuring continuous improvement in team skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • 5+ years of experience as a District Business Manager in Pharmaceutical Sales.
  • Strong understanding of Neuropsychiatry environment and industry trends.
  • Proven track record in team leadership and development.
  • Experience with analytical skills and business acumen.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to coach and mentor team members effectively.
  • Demonstrated resourcefulness and customer engagement skills.
  • Ability to adapt to change and drive new ways of working.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to meet driving requirements.
