In Short

• Manage and develop relationships with key accounts in Aerospace, Defence, and Nuclear sectors.
• Expand the client portfolio by identifying and securing new business opportunities.
• Oversee the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, needs assessment, negotiation, and delivery of consulting services.
• Provide strategic consulting to enhance clients’ operational efficiency, focusing on industrial processes and supply chain optimization.
• Collaborate with internal technical and consulting teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor industry trends to inform strategic decisions and maintain Scalian’s competitive edge.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years in business development, account management, or consulting, with proven expertise in the industrial sector.
• An understanding of supply chain management, project management, or digital systems is desirable.
• Advanced skills in sales, negotiation, and client relationship management.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
• Proactive and results-oriented approach.
• Master’s degree in business, engineering, supply chain management, or a related discipline (preferred).
