Overview

The Senior Business Systems Manager at Crinetics is responsible for the planning, design, implementation, and support of IT systems for G&A and some commercial business functions, partnering with various business functions to provide project management, business analysis, and technical support for IT-related projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• 12+ years of experience with Workday cloud applications.
• 3-5 years of experience in supporting G&A or Commercial applications.
• Knowledge of ERP, financial reporting, and CRM systems.
• Experience in a regulated environment (SOX, GxP).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Project management experience for large applications.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate with teams.
• Adaptability to shifting project priorities.
• Workday certification preferred.
