Associate Director, Revenue Accounting & Reporting - Remote

Overview

The Associate Director, Revenue Accounting and Financial Reporting at Crinetics will lead the design and implementation of accounting policies and internal controls, focusing on the order-to-cash cycle while contributing to the company's mission to develop therapies for endocrine diseases.

In Short

• Position reports to the Senior Director, Commercial Accounting.
• Lead design and implementation of financial reporting processes.
• Subject matter expert in revenue recognition and gross-to-net.
• Manage month-end close activities and controls documentation.

• Prepare and maintain revenue accounting policies.
• Support audits and financial reporting activities.
• Recruit and manage a revenue team in the future.
• Assist in system implementations and process improvements.
• Participate in special projects and ad-hoc reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• 10 years of relevant experience in finance.
• 7 years of team management experience.
• Experience in biotechnology companies.
• Strong knowledge of revenue recognition standards.
• 5+ years of Big Four public accounting experience preferred.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred.
