The Senior District Business Manager plays a critical role in engaging with Health Care Providers and driving the adoption of Bristol Myers Squibb's Psychiatry portfolio, leading a team of Therapeutic Area Specialists to achieve business goals.

In Short

  • Lead and coach a team of approximately 10 Therapeutic Area Specialists.
  • Drive adoption of BMS assigned Psychiatry portfolio.

  • Conduct ride-alongs for coaching and development purposes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 10+ years of pharmaceutical experience.
  • 5+ years as a District Business Manager in Pharmaceutical Sales preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Neuropsychiatry environment and industry trends.
  • Proven leadership and team development skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Demonstrated analytical and strategic planning skills.
  • Ability to engage and cultivate relationships with customers.
  • Experience with digital tools and capabilities.
  • Strong business acumen and problem-solving mentality.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as required.
