Overview

As a Customer Support Representative at Karbon, you will provide support to customers through video and technical chat, ensuring they realize the value of the Karbon platform.

In Short

  • Provide video and technical chat support to customers.
  • Drive growth in existing customers by promoting product adoption.
  • Increase participation in onboarding webinars.
  • Maintain knowledge of customer needs and platform value.
  • Assist with customer-facing activities and support resources.
  • Build partnerships to solve customer problems.
  • Identify and mitigate customer churn risks.
  • Provide product feedback to internal teams.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders for operational excellence.
  • Help expand the global support team and processes.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience.
  • Experience with chat/support software (e.g., Intercom, Zendesk).
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • BA/BS preferred with 1-3+ years in B2B SaaS or customer support.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Passion for enabling business growth.
  • Ability to learn customer enablement tools.
  • Fluency in English; other languages are a plus.
