Overview

As a Senior Deployment Engineer at Karat, you will be the strategic technical bridge between the company and its clients, ensuring they maximize the value from Karat's interview platform.

In Short

• Serve as the principal technical advisor to enterprise clients.
• Partner with Software Engineers to analyze hiring processes.
• Work with the GTM team throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Analyze performance data and provide strategic recommendations.
• Drive continuous improvement within Customer Operations.
• Up to 20% travel for client meetings and events.
• Build high-level trust relationships with clients.
• Design and deliver training sessions for client stakeholders.
• Engage with C-Suite executives in a client-facing capacity.
• Strong working knowledge of SQL required.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in technical account management or deployment engineering.
• Experience in SaaS or technical consulting with a focus on implementation.
• Demonstrated success in client onboarding and relationship building.
• Client-facing experience with technical customers.
• Ability to engage with C-Suite executives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
