Overview

As a Senior Engineer of the Cloud Deployment team at Thrive, you will be responsible for deploying infrastructure-based service offerings to diverse client environments, focusing on efficient task completion and excellent customer service.

• Analyze and document client/server environments for service deployment.
• Set client expectations during the implementation process.
• Serve as a point of escalation for Cloud Deployment Engineers.
• Develop new standards for service deployment.
• Provide training on new technologies to service levels.
• Drive deployments to successful outcomes through project processes.
• Create Technical Implementation Plans to identify risks.
• Complete project work during scheduled maintenance windows.
• Transition project work to support teams with documentation.
• Communicate project plans and impacts directly with customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree, Technical Degree, or equivalent experience.
• 3-6+ years of server deployment and migration experience.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Experience troubleshooting network configuration and hardware issues.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Server and Workstation Technologies.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to convey technical information to non-technical individuals.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and in teams.
• Willingness to work after hours when necessary.
• Ability to follow documented processes and notify management of variables.
