In Short

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for retail partners.
  • Conduct regular in-store visits and follow-ups.
  • Deliver sales and training presentations.
  • Provide quarterly business reviews leveraging data insights.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Negotiate agreements with retail partners.
  • Collaborate with retailers on marketing strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Work closely with sales leadership and product teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales or account management.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Experience in building client relationships.
  • Adept at managing multiple accounts.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).
  • Problem-solver who adapts quickly.
  • Ability to handle sensitive business information.
