Overview

The Account Manager at Fiserv is responsible for ensuring quality delivery and support of products and services to assigned clients, developing operational relationships, and maximizing the utilization of Fiserv’s solutions.

  • Manage and develop operational and technical relationships with clients.
  • Understand clients' business environments and goals.
  • Provide reporting on accomplishments and ongoing activities.
  • Influence cross-functional initiatives and process improvements.
  • Maintain compliance with audits and administrative duties.
  • Travel up to 20% for in-person client visits.
  • 3+ years of customer service experience required.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Project management experience is a plus.
  • Ability to make independent decisions and manage complex issues.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma and/or GED.
  • 3+ years’ experience in customer service.
  • Ability to travel up to 20%.
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Project Management experience is a plus.
  • Enterprise problem prevention and resolution experience.
  • Good judgment and decision-making skills.
