In Short

  • Manage and expand relationships with 15+ mid-market to large accounts.
  • Develop comprehensive account plans aligning with customer objectives.
  • Identify and pursue expansion opportunities across product lines.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders.
  • Build strong relationships with decision makers across organizations.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiate contract renewals and expansion agreements.
  • Develop understanding of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Stay current on digital platform policies and age verification mandates.
  • Support customer success initiatives and product adoption.

Requirements

  • 3 years of account management or customer success experience in B2B SaaS.
  • Proven track record of achieving quota and driving customer growth.
  • Experience with multi-stakeholder decision making environments.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).
