International Country Manager - Canada - Remote

Overview

The International Country Manager for Canada will play a critical role in expanding Justworks’ operations in Canada, focusing on market opportunities and executing strategies to support growth.

In Short

• Act as the internal owner for Canada, identifying market opportunities and executing go-to-market strategies.
• Develop a localized country strategy aligned with global goals.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Legal, and Ops.
• Provide market expertise to support sales enablement.
• Drive product localization efforts for the Canadian market.
• Monitor and report on key performance metrics.
• Foster a culture of entrepreneurship and accountability.
• Build and optimize relationships with key partners in Canada.
• Stay updated with country-specific trends.

Requirements

• 7-10+ years of experience in operations or expansion roles, preferably in B2B SaaS.
• Deep experience in Canadian HR, payroll, and benefits.
• Demonstrated project management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in legal processes and regulations is a plus.
• Specific experience in Canadian employer-of-record (EOR) is a plus.
• Ability to negotiate contracts with vendors.
