As an International Accounting Manager at dbt Labs, you will oversee and manage the accounting operations of our global entities, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with international accounting standards.

Requirements

• 6+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CA preferred.
• Experience with month-end close and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of international tax regulations.
• Proficiency in IFRS and US GAAP.
• Experience with NetSuite and Excel.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a remote, distributed team.
• High integrity and team-oriented mindset.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities.
