Just Right Reader is hiring for an experienced Director of Partnerships who is passionate about literacy and excited to partner with school districts to accelerate reading achievement.

In Short

• Full-time remote sales role.
• Responsible for developing territory and growing pipeline.
• Form trusted relationships with district leaders.
• Meet or exceed sales targets for Classroom Libraries and Take-Home Decodable Packs.
• Utilize sales tools effectively.
• Occasional travel for conferences and meetings required.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience as a past principal or district leader.
• Ownership mentality with high degree of organization.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excited to work in a fast-paced organization.
• Deep empathy for educators and passion for early literacy.
