Requirements

• Fluent in English, advanced Portuguese and Spanish.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in HR Business Partner role in Brazil and Mexico.
• Experience in SaaS companies is a plus.
• Experience in global technology companies or startups.
• Proven capabilities in guiding organizations through change.
• Ability to align HR programs with business goals.
