Overview

We are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented, and highly communicative individual to join our team as an Outbound Business Development Representative (BDR) at JumpCloud, a unified open directory platform that simplifies IT management.

In Short

  • Proactively reach out to target accounts through various channels.
  • Conduct market research to identify key decision-makers.
  • Develop tailored outreach strategies for engaging prospects.
  • Qualify leads and convert them into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
  • Collaborate with Account Executives for smooth pipeline transition.
  • Work closely with BDRs and Managers to refine outreach strategies.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional experience preferred (SaaS, sales, customer service).
  • Quick learner with the ability to understand technical product knowledge.
  • Motivated self-starter with an entrepreneurial work ethic.
  • Strong research skills for gathering information about target accounts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English & German is required.
  • Additional European language capabilities are desirable.
