Overview

The Staff Quality Engineer at JumpCloud will serve as the primary quality coordinator and strategic anchor for one of the core product pillars, driving quality initiatives and aligning them with business objectives.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years in Quality Engineering or related fields.
• Expertise in programming languages, especially Python and Pytest.
• Experience with performance, load, and scale testing strategies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and emotional maturity.
• Excellent communication and influence skills.
• Proactive ownership and visibility of team work.
• Team-oriented mindset capable of unblocking teams.
