Overview

As a Senior HR Coordinator at JumpCloud, you will be a key driver in our HR Shared Services model, leveraging technology to create a seamless employee experience.

In Short

• Independently manage end-to-end employee lifecycle events.
• Act as Tier 2 support for complex HR queries.
• Ensure compliance with company and regional policies.
• Maintain data integrity across HR platforms.
• Own digital filing architecture for global HR team.
• Utilize SRM to manage HR service requests.
• Identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions.
• Conduct HR compliance audits.
• Monitor HR metrics and propose improvements.
• Support process improvements using HR tools.

Requirements

• 4+ years in HR Operations or Shared Services.
• Ability to manage complex tasks with minimal supervision.
• Curiosity about HR processes and their organizational impact.
• Proven track record in troubleshooting and streamlining workflows.
• Discretion and sound judgment in communications.
• Effective communication skills at all organizational levels.
• Analytical and process-oriented mindset.
• Confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Gsuite.
• Experience with Jira, ADP, and Deel is a plus.
