Overview

JumpCloud® is seeking a smart, motivated Partner Account Executive who will be the primary point of contact for new and existing Managed Service Provider (MSP) partners, focusing on understanding and enabling the success of the partner’s business with JumpCloud.

In Short

  • Present, promote, and sell the JumpCloud platform to prospective partners and customers.
  • Develop business plans and drive lead generation with partners.
  • Drive new revenue through onboarding and incubating new partners.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with partners.
  • Facilitate onboarding, training, and enablement programs for new partners.
  • Support partners to help them sell, implement, and support JumpCloud offerings.
  • Assist partners with quotes and proposals for services.
  • Work with internal teams to improve partner experience.
  • Participate in industry events such as trade shows and seminars.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance partner engagement.

Requirements

  • 2 - 4 years of business development, sales, and/or account management experience.
  • Experience selling to MSPs required.
  • Proven experience meeting or exceeding key performance metrics.
  • BA / BS or equivalent education and relevant experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and creativity in addressing customer needs.
  • Ability to excel in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
