Overview

As a Business Development Representative at JumpCloud®, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through proactive outreach and market research.

  • Proactively reach out to target accounts through various channels.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify key decision-makers.
  • Develop and execute personalized outreach strategies.
  • Qualify leads and convert them into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
  • Collaborate with Account Executives for smooth pipeline handoff.
  • Work closely with team members to refine outreach strategies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
  • 2+ years of experience preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus.
  • Motivated self-starter with strong research skills.

Requirements

  • Quick learner with the ability to understand technical product knowledge.
  • Motivated self-starter with an entrepreneurial work ethic.
  • Strong research skills for gathering information on prospects.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with various stakeholders.
  • Written and spoken English proficiency required.
  • Additional European language capabilities are desirable.
  • 2+ years of professional experience preferred but not required.
