We are looking for a motivated Business Development Manager to strengthen our team.

In Short

  • Form value propositions for current business models at Jooble.
  • Identify and contact potential clients via email and LinkedIn, categorize leads, understand their needs and potential, and negotiate terms of cooperation.
  • Actively engage potential clients through various channels.
  • Conduct effective meetings with potential clients, highlighting unique advantages.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and other materials for clients and stakeholders.
  • Input all relevant data about work with clients into the CRM system.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to negotiations and closing deals.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in full-cycle sales (with a focus on cold sales).
  • English proficiency: Upper-Intermediate and above (both spoken and written).
  • Excellent lead generation experience.
  • Knowledge of sales software such as Snov.io, Outreach, Sales Navigator.
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to persuade, and conduct presentations.
  • High level of self-organization, discipline, productivity, and results-oriented.
  • Experience with data and analytical thinking.

  • Format. All employees have the choice to work in the office, remotely, or mix. Some Jooble employees live abroad and work remotely or from the office in Limassol or Warsaw. Those living in Ukraine occasionally visit the offices in Kyiv and Lutsk.
  • Schedule. Choose when to start your 8-hour workday (between 8:00 and 10:00 Kyiv time).
  • Development. Each employee has a personal budget for personal and professional development.
  • Health. Comprehensive medical insurance for all who work with us for more than three months. Financial support for covering medical expenses for colleagues abroad. We reimburse 50% of the costs for psychologist or coach services.
  • Rest. 24 days of annual leave, 20 days of paid sick leave, and 4 additional sick days without a medical certificate.
