Overview

A premium health and wellness brand is looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to drive customer acquisition across the UK and Europe. This hybrid, hands-on role offers the chance to work across a portfolio of high-end wellness brands, building partnerships with influencers, gyms, clubs, independent retailers, and luxury stores, while shaping and executing sales strategies that deliver real growth.

In Short

  • Identify, pitch, and onboard new retail partners.
  • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key retail contacts.
  • Represent the brands at industry events and product launches.
  • Support event management and experiential marketing initiatives.
  • Manage your sales pipeline and report progress regularly.
  • Write compelling client proposals and sales pitches.
  • Collaborate closely with brand founders to deliver retail sales strategy.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and highly organised.
  • Comfortable with hybrid working and occasional travel.
  • Event management experience is a plus.

Requirements

  • An accomplished sales professional with a track record of exceeding targets.
  • Skilled at building relationships and engaging diverse audiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communicator.
  • Energetic, ambitious, and inspired by helping premium wellness brands grow.
  • Driving license and car advantageous but not essential.

Benefits

  • Salary: £40,000
  • Incentive/Commission: Yes - great commission opportunity.
  • Flexible hybrid working arrangements.
  • Working Hours: 40 hours p/w (minimum).
  • Leave: 25 Days per annum (plus bank holidays and a birthday off).
