Sales Development Representative - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our team. This position is a base salary plus uncapped commission and is fully remote.

In Short

• Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including making 30 to 40 cold emails daily.
• Research and identify key decision-makers within target companies.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective outreach strategies.
• Qualify leads and pass them to account managers.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Manage multiple prospects while maintaining organization.

Requirements

• Two to three years of Sales Development Representative experience.
• Experience in a large staffing company, BDR, or HR company.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong time management skills.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
• Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment.
